Shavuot is a Jewish holiday that celebrates the giving of the Torah and the harvest of the first fruits.
HaOgen (Hebrew: העוגן, הָעֹגֶן, lit. 'Anchor') is a kibbutz in central Israel. The community was established on 22 April 1939 by Jewish refugees from Czechoslovakia. HaOgen is affiliated with Hashomer Hatzair.
