During our stay at the Sweet Water Canal, many of my friends from Kibbutz Ha'Ogen were in the vicinity of the Suez Canal and the agricultural buffer zone. The company commander, Shmuelik Meital from Kibbutz Ma'abarot, gave me permission for half a day with the command car. I traveled around the area to gather photos of Ha'Ogen members who couldn’t leave their units for souvenir photography.
